Job Description:
Fuego Leads is a marketing and technology company specializing in generating customer demand, contacting customers, and handing off qualified customers on the phone to clients where a sale can occur. We build websites, manage advertising campaigns, continuously iterate on our proprietary call center software, and support a large network of clients sales revenue by handing off high intent customers directly over the phone. Our business started in late 2019 and since we have grown to one of the larger companies supplying customer contacts in the health insurance market. We continue to grow in health insurance and early 2022 we embarked on growing our presence in the Medicare market.
We are always looking to add to our team and a large department we always need motivated individuals who like to help others is our fronter department.
Call Fronter Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct customer phone calls to appropriate receiving end
- Present a positive tone and helpful attitude to each and every call
- Work with leaders to improve your success rate of calls over time
- Provide feedback on calls and sources of calls for marketing teams to make adjustments
- Show up every day focused and ready to make an impact
Hours of operation:
- Our call center is online between the hours of 9am-7pm Monday – Thursday and 9am-5pm Fridays. During the months of November and December we are also open Saturdays 10am-5pm. All times in Eastern Time Zone.
